What's included?
The current Windows and macOS packages, plugin activation, and available updates while your code is active. Check the installation guide for supported Adobe and operating-system versions.
How many computers can I activate?
One membership includes 2 machine activations using the same license code. Use Windows, Mac, or one of each. A third computer cannot be activated while both slots are in use. Contact support@mssvideos.com if you need to reset your activations after replacing a computer.
How do I get my files?
After purchase, follow your delivery email or open Software Download in the menu. Enter your active code and choose Windows or Mac.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel subscription or manage billing in Stripe. Check the effective date in your confirmation: when cancellation is scheduled for the end of the paid period, access continues until then. Uninstalling the plugin does not cancel billing. If you cannot access the portal, email support@mssvideos.com for help.
What media can I use?
Only media you own, license, or are otherwise authorized to access and use. Respect copyright, privacy, and platform terms. MMD must not be used to bypass DRM, paywalls, or private-account restrictions. Sources may change or become unavailable.
