What you buy

Mack's Media Downloader is a subscription to an Adobe extension for Windows and macOS. An active license code is needed to use the proprietary plugin and its in-app updates. Review the installation and compatibility guides before buying. Adobe applications are not included.

One membership. Two machines.

Each new membership includes activation on up to 2 different computers using the same license code. Choose Windows, Mac, or one of each. Both activations require an active membership. If both slots are in use and you replace a computer, contact support to reset your activations.

Price and renewal

New subscriptions are US$10.99 per month and renew monthly until canceled. Eligible customers can choose a local-currency price calculated by Stripe at checkout; that conversion can include Stripe's currency-conversion fee. Stripe shows the amount, currency, applicable taxes, and billing frequency before payment. Review those details before subscribing. Existing subscribers keep their current pricing unless separately notified of a change. Your receipt and billing portal show your billing information. This is not a one-time purchase.

Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, your license and Windows/Mac download links are delivered by email. You can also use your active license at Software Download later. A short-lived file link can be replaced by validating your active code again. Contact support if payment succeeds but delivery fails.

Cancel future renewals

Cancel subscription or manage billing through Stripe using your purchase email. Confirm the cancellation and keep its effective date. When scheduled for the end of the paid period, access continues until that date. If you choose an immediate cancellation, access ends when it takes effect. Uninstalling, disconnecting a social account, or changing marketing preferences does not cancel billing.

If you cannot use the portal or do not see a cancellation option, email a cancellation request. Include your purchase email and order reference, never a password or card number.

Refunds and consumer rights

For new subscriptions purchased from September 21, 2026, request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 7 days. No technical fault or reason is required. This voluntary offer does not cover later renewals, but mandatory consumer rights can still apply to them. Read the refund policy and request instructions.

Canceling future renewals does not itself issue a refund for earlier charges. Mandatory withdrawal, refund, repair, or replacement rights are not limited by our seven-day policy. Downloading a file does not, by itself, waive those rights.

Authorized use

Only download or use media you own, license, or are otherwise authorized to access and use. Follow applicable copyright, privacy, and platform rules. A subscription grants no rights to someone else's media. Do not use the plugin to bypass DRM, paywalls, or access restrictions. Third-party sites can change or block access; compatibility with every link is not guaranteed.

Software ownership

MMD's original code and branding are proprietary. Bundled third-party components retain their own licenses; see the third-party notices and source materials.
