Privacy information

Updated September 23, 2026. This describes the current website and public MMD plugin. For privacy questions or access, correction, or deletion requests, email support@mssvideos.com. Never email passwords, card details, or account cookies.

Purchases and licensing

Stripe handles checkout, recurring payments, and the billing portal. Mssvideos receives purchase and subscription information such as name, email, order and customer references, and payment status to deliver and manage access. Where Stripe supplies it, the license service also records the terms-acceptance result, policy versions, purchase-link reference, and recording time as purchase evidence. The website does not collect payment card details directly. Activation checks use your license, a hashed device identifier, installation identifier, and application/platform information. These checks are sent to our Cloudflare-hosted license service.

Connected social accounts and local files

Connected-account sessions are optional. In the current plugin, session credentials are stored locally using Windows Credential Manager or macOS Keychain; temporary restricted cookie files may be used while download tools run. MMD does not send those credentials to the license service. The relevant media platform still receives requests and any session credentials needed for its own authenticated content.

Settings, import history, source links, local paths, and downloaded media are kept on your computer. Download tools connect to the media source; software updates may connect to Cloudflare, GitHub, or the relevant tool distributor. Disconnect accounts in the plugin and remove local history/files when you no longer need them. Uninstalling does not delete subscription records or cancel billing.

Website and support service providers

Cloudflare serves the website and downloads and provides security and licensing infrastructure. Resend delivers license emails. Stripe processes billing. Zoho Mail hosts support@mssvideos.com and processes support messages, sender/recipient addresses, attachments, and email metadata so we can receive and answer requests. Our Zoho mailbox uses its Canada service; this does not mean that all providers or email delivery routes remain in Canada. See Zoho's privacy information.

These services process information needed for their functions, including network/device information and, where relevant, billing or delivery details. Website fonts on some pages are requested from Google Fonts. Service providers may process data in countries other than your own.

When you contact support

We use the information you send to answer your question, troubleshoot, verify a purchase, or handle a billing or privacy request. Send only what is necessary. Crop or redact screenshots and logs, including private links, file paths, license keys, session cookies, and unrelated personal information. Do not send identity documents unless a secure, necessary verification process has been specifically agreed. For payment-provider identity checks, use that provider's own secure site, not support email.

Optional Meta advertising

Optional Meta tracking is off until you choose Accept optional. If allowed, Meta can receive product-page and checkout-button events, browser/network information, and advertising identifiers, and use cookies to measure and personalize advertising. This implementation does not load Meta on license, download, billing-help, or policy pages, or on store URLs containing query parameters. It does not send license keys, purchase emails, or media links as advertising-event fields.

Use Privacy choices at the bottom of the page at any time to reject or withdraw optional tracking. Reject optional and Accept optional are equally available; buying and downloading do not require acceptance. The website honors Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by keeping optional advertising off. Withdrawal stops future tracking in this website and clears accessible first-party Meta cookies; it cannot recall information already received by Meta. Storage and retention

Your privacy choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days, then requested again. Clearing browser storage removes that choice. No optional events are queued before acceptance. License, order, support, and security records are not automatically erased when a subscription is canceled. Records may need to be retained for billing, legal, fraud-prevention, and support purposes; contact support about deletion and any retention that still applies. This notice does not promise automatic deletion on a fixed schedule.

Email and your choices

A purchase-delivery email is used to provide your license and files, not to enroll you in a marketing list. Any future promotional mailing needs a separate consent and unsubscribe process. Privacy requests and marketing choices do not cancel the paid subscription; use Cancel subscription for billing.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, or restrict processing of personal information, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. Contact support to request help; verification may be needed to protect your information.
