FFMPEG / FFPROBE MATERIALS FOR MMD 1.1.24 Prepared 2026-09-23 These records supplement the Documentation folder in the Windows and Mac 1.1.24 downloads. They do not change the plugin, its conversion settings, or its tools. WINDOWS FFmpeg/FFprobe: N-126122-gca821e458a-20260813 Distributor: BtbN FFmpeg-Builds, win64 GPL static FFmpeg source snapshot: ca821e458a Candidate build-script checkpoint: 590a6612d7d961e9258429e501619e0b7d7cbedf The checkpoint is associated with two upstream build runs on August 13. Exact correspondence between either run and the shipped binaries is not established. The original run logs and download-cache artifacts are no longer retrievable from GitHub. Dependency-source recovery is ongoing. MACOS FFmpeg/FFprobe: 9.0.1-tessus, x86_64 Distributor: evermeet.cx FFmpeg source release: 9.0.1 Version-specific external-library metadata has been retained. It is not a complete build recipe and does not by itself establish which libraries were linked or what patches and nested inputs were used. SIGNING CLARIFICATION No FFmpeg source or conversion-functionality changes were made in this pass. The Mac executables distributed by MMD carry publisher code signatures. Code signing changes the executable bytes, so a publisher-signed file hash must not be represented as the original upstream unsigned-file hash. The hashes in ffmpeg-release-evidence.json describe the actual MMD 1.1.24 released payload. This clarifies the older build-information sentence saying the executables were not modified; it was not a statement of byte-for-byte identity after signing. LICENSE AND SOURCE STATUS These configurations enable GPL and version-3 components. FFmpeg and FFprobe are distributed under GPL version 3 or later in these configurations. Included dependencies also retain their copyright notices and applicable licenses. Neither configuration advertises --enable-nonfree. That observation alone is not a complete license or codec-patent assessment. The publicly available core source archives, configure information and build checkpoint remain available at https://mssvideos.com/open-source/ at no charge. They do not yet constitute verified complete Corresponding Source for every library in the distributed executables. Recovered upstream archives are not being described as complete merely because a download succeeded. A source request or a notice is not a substitute for supplying required materials. SOURCE REQUESTS Contact support@mssvideos.com with the tool name, version and platform. No subscription, activation code, account or proof of purchase is required. Existing source commitments and rights under applicable licenses are unchanged. MMD AND THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS This collection concerns the identified third-party components. It contains no MMD-specific plugin implementation, license-service code, signing keys, customer data or account credentials. Independently developed MMD code and branding are not licensed by the mere publication of this collection. Nothing in this notice limits rights granted by the applicable open-source licenses or mandatory law. The legal classification of the integration and separate codec-patent questions are not resolved by this technical source inventory.
